Farmer's Market with Matt Yohalem $125.00

New Mexico's largest farmers' market and one of the most widely recognized markets in the United States and beyond. The Santa Fe Farmers Market represents over 100 active vendors and features hundreds of different agricultural products. Matt Yohalem is the enormously talented and entertaining chef/owner of Santa Fe's acclaimed restaurant, Il Piatto. Matt is also very proud of his relationship with many local farmers and passionate about supporting local ingredients. The School of Cooking's mission has always been to support local New Mexican food, agriculture and farming. Come spend a morning with Matt and the Santa Fe School of Cooking meeting some farmers and touring the farmers market, then head back to the school and see what amazing creations Matt gets inspired to make.
