Tamales! $95.00 per person

Come on this 3-hour excursion to really learn the intricacies of making tamales. We have chosen three different types of tamales to highlight three different techniques helpful in tamale making. Make your own tamales then get some in depth information from the chef while the tamales cook. Enjoy the tasty fruits of your labor at the end of class. You will master and enjoy Red Chile and Pork Tamales, Southern Mexican Chicken Tamales in Banana Leaf and Sweet Anise Seed Tamales. $95.00 per person plus tax - limit 16 THIS IS A HANDS-ON CLASS
