Opera Tailgating - New $98.00 per person
Prefer to get your hands into your work? The SFSC is also offering a hands-on cooking class preparing a tailgating picnic for your night at the opera. Opera tailgating has become an integral part of the opera experience and a local tradition. This year you'll arrive with gastronomic delights you prepared under the guidance of the SFSC's fabulous chef instructors. Another one-of-a-kind experiential offering from the newest Santa Fe partnership, The Santa Fe School of Cooking and The Santa Fe Opera! Menu includes:Poached Shrimp with Chipotle Cocktail Sauce, French Bean and Asparagus Salad with Avocado Vinaigrette, Green Chile and Spinach Quiche with Pico de Gallo and Mexican Chocolate Pot du Crème HANDS_ON
We will send you away with the meal you have made to serve 2 people. If you would like to prepare food for any additional guests, it is an additional $25 per person you are preparing food for. You will take your prepared food in a basket complete with plates, flatware and all you will need to enjoy your tailgating. You may keep the basket and plates at an additional charge or we will ask for a deposit, which you get back in full when the basket is returned!
