This four-day event will delve into regional traditions and weave its way through historic and cultural influences on New Mexico's signature foods.
We'll explore the artistic contributions of renowned New Mexico resident, Georgia O'Keeffe, and meet some of Santa Fe's top chefs, who are adding inspiration, excitement and flavor to the city's contemporary culinary scene. You'll be participating in daily cooking classes, including those taught by James Beard award-winning cookbook author and Native chef, Lois Ellen Frank, and Margaret Wood, author of the Georgia O'Keeffe cookbook, A Painter's Kitchen
Historical cultural highlights of this trip include taking a guided tour of Puye cliffs, an ancient Pueblo ruin and watching a Pueblo Indian dance.

We have again arranged for outdoor cooking classes at the beautiful Estrella del Norte vineyard in Nambé, More of the school's extremely popular Restaurant Walking Tours will be offered as the comfort of the Santa Fe warm seasons return. Our beautiful new downtown facility has a hands-on kitchen and a greatly enlarged demonstration kitchen that have allowed us to add new classes and accommodate more many more guests for our traditional favorites. As always, our classes are entertaining, educational, delicious, and taught by some of the best chefs in Santa Fe as well as world acclaimed guest chefs and cookbook authors.
