The menu includes Green Chile, Tomatillo and Grilled Zucchini Enchiladas, Longos Adovados (A mushroom version of Carne Adovado that is absolutely savory and spicy), Turmeric Rice, Cilantro Lime Slaw and Pinon Shortbread. Some butter and cheese will be used.
