Each January and February our chefs develop wonderful new recipes and menus for our repertoire, presenting them in special new Bonus Classes. Please come join us and let us know what you think of our new ideas! We have been running Bonus Classes since the beginning and many of our guests return year after year for this great deal.In this class we will prepare winter squash posole, cornbread stuffed pork loin with NM chimichurri sauce, warm cabbage slaw with bacon and golden raisins, green chile mashed potatoes, and tres leches cake.
These are a 3-hour long, demonstration-style class that includes lunch. $58.00
