Holiday Cocktail Class with The Liquid Muse New - $75

Must be 21 years old to take this class.

If you love holiday entertaining – or simply love cocktails – this class is a MUST! Join mixology author / educator, Natalie Bovis (aka: The Liquid Muse) for an informative and entertaining hands-on cocktail class just in time for all the big parties.

After just one class, students leave with a solid understand of how spirits are made, some cocktail history, the proper techniques to mix drinks, and classic cocktail knowledge so attendees can create their own signature drinks for the holiday season, and beyond.

This 2-hour class will feature four holiday themed cocktails. Students take turns “playing bartender” in small groups… then sampling their work! Drinks include:

  • Sparkling Pomegranate Snowflake (a holiday version of the classic champagne cocktail)
  • Reindeer Punch (learn the 5 elements of classic punch – ideal for groups!)
  • Mrs. Claus Cocktail (a delightful celebratory drink for festivities)
  • Dark & Starry Night (something to sip by a roaring fire)
Attendees will get to work with a variety of spirits, shake, muddle, stir and garnish cocktails delicious enough to rival anything in high end restaurants and bars.

Bar tools, all ingredients and glassware will be provide in class. Students take home handouts with the recipes and skills to “raise the bar” for holiday home entertaining!
