Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Monticello

One of the best balsamic vinegars from the New World, Traditional Balsamico of Monticello is made right here in New Mexico. Aging a blend of sweet, white Italian grape varietals (grown in New Mexico) in traditionally crafted Italian wood casks for a minimum of 12 years, the result is luxuriously viscous, sweet with great acidic balance and complex. As with fine wines, each traditional balsamic will present its own character in a unique, pleasing and memorable way.
