Another favorite developed over the years here at the Santa Fe School of Cooking, these little apricot turnovers are quite addictive.
BIZCOCHITOS
The State cookie of New Mexico, bizcochitos are served at every celebration, wedding, birthday and Christmas. A shortbread made with anise seed and lard, then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
