"We ordered a tray of chicken enchiladas and a half tray of veggie enchiladas to eat at our house rental. These were hands down the best enchiladas I have ever eaten in my life and I have eaten a ton of them! It had the perfect level of spice not too spicy like a lot of chile sauces in the area. The flavors were unreal and their storefront/kitchen studio is fully stocked with interesting local ingredients and kitchenware. Highly recommend a visit and taking advantage of their catering menu." The Santa Fe School of Cooking is now offering take out meals! Enjoy classic New Mexican dishes and signature School of Cooking offerings in your own home. All items are prepared and ready to be cooked or reheated at home with instructions included.

Online orders must be placed 24 hours in advance of pick-up.
You can collect your order anytime during business hours, from 10:30am-4:00pm Tuesday through Saturday. No pickup Sundays or Mondays.
Pull into our parking lot at 125 N. Guadalupe Street on the corner of Johnson Street and either come into the store for pickup or call (505)983-4511 and we will bring your order out to your car.

TAMALES
Our fabulous, hand-made and hand-tied boutique tamales can now be shipped nationwide!
Choose from Red Chile Pork, Green Chile Chicken, Vegetarian Calabacita or Duck with Citrus Chile Sauce. Our tamales come frozen by the dozen, are easily re-heated and all made with love! All tamales come with a 6 oz. side of sauce.
