To our Valued Guests, New and Old:

The Santa Fe School of Cooking is joining our city and state in making wise decisions about the international public health concern that we must address together. Our commitment to public health and to the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and local community is our highest priority.

In light of our state government's mandate to ban large gatherings, we are canceling all classes at the School beginning Monday, March 16 through Sunday, April 5, 2020. During the next three weeks, we will be monitoring the situation closely via state and national public health sites to determine our ability to welcome guests back to our kitchen. We will also be doing deep cleaning and sanitizing of the entire facility.

We regret the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause, but we are certain that our many friends, new and old, understand and appreciate the necessity for this decision.

We will be deeply grateful if you will consider saving that reservation for a similar class at a later date, as retaining those funds will help us continue to operate seamlessly until this issue is resolved.

Please note that our bricks-and-mortar and online market will remain open during this time for limited hours, 12:00-5:00 Monday through Saturday, and your purchases will be so appreciated as a gesture of support for our small, family-owned business and our experienced and caring staff.

In closing, we thank our guests for helping us achieve 30 years of success. We could not have done it without you, and we look forward to the time when we can welcome you back to celebrate the regional cuisine that it has been our privilege to share with our food-loving community.
