To our Valued Guests, New and Old:

As of August 20, 2021, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, has reinstated a mask mandate when indoors. We ask folks shopping in our market or waiting to take a cooking class to please wear a mask. If you are taking a cooking class, you may remove your mask once seated at your table. Keeping our staff and customers safe and healthy is a top priority for us.

Beginning September 1st, 2021, all guests taking cooking classes will be required to show proof of vaccination upon checking in for class. For those who are not vaccinated, we will also accept proof of negative results from a Covid test taken within 48 hours of the event.

Proof of Vaccination & Negative Covid Test

Starting September 1st, for the safety of our community:

Proof of full vaccination is required for everyone over the age of 12. We’ll ask to see your official vaccination card (photocopies and photos displayed on your smartphone are also fine) along with a photo ID. “Full vaccination” means you’ve received the complete dosage of the Moderna, Pfizer, or J&J vaccine.

For those not vaccinated, we will also accept negative test results from a rapid Covid test taken within 24 hours of a class or a PCR Covid test taken within 72 hours of class. If you need assistance finding a test location, the New Mexico Department of Health’s Screening and Testing Sites page is a good resource.

Children 12 and under are exempt from the requirements above but are required to wear properly fitted masks at all times eat the cooking school except when eating or drinking.

Privacy Note: The Santa Fe School of Cooking will never share your vaccination information.

If you are currently signed up for a class affected by our new policy and wish to cancel, just call us at 505-983-4511 to receive a full refund.

Strict Enforcement

For the health and safety of everyone, any patron who is not following these most current Covid safety rules will need to leave The Santa Fe School of Cooking immediately. No cooking class refunds will be be offered to those asked to leave for Covid safety violations.

We will be running classes at potentially 100% capacity, so you may have to sit with someone you don’t know.

We hope that you feel safe while attending our classes at The Santa Fe School of Cooking! Thanks to all of our wonderful customers for your continued support!
