Bonus I (Bonus-1): $45.00 per person

Each January and February our chefs develop wonderful new recipes and menus for our repertoire, presenting them in special new Bonus Classes. Please come join us and let us know what you think of our new ideas! We have been running Bonus Classes since the beginning and many of our guests return year after year for this great deal.

Bonus I- Winter Cooking in Santa Fe

Cheesy Cauliflower & Green Chile, Short rib roulade with New Mexican Style Gremolata (cilantro, garlic, lime zest in oil), Braised Kale in Sweet Onion & Bacon, Fig Mole and Chocolate, Coffee and Nut Bread Pudding

This is a 3-hour long, demonstration-style class that includes lunch. $45.00
