You can experience this unique cuisine in depth, including the techniques of master chefs, the lore of the region and fabulous food. Smooth spicy tortilla soup, grilled adobo marinated flank steak, cascabel steak sauce, green chile mac `n cheese, mojo marinated vegetables, and coconut flan with salted caramel. 3-hours.
