Summer on the Patio II (Summer II): $106 per person

Mexican flavors have always been a major influence on New Mexican food. We are pleased to present a hands-on menu honoring the cuisine of our Southern neighbor in a light style perfect to enjoy this Summer. You will be preparing fresh tomato salsa, orange-marinated chicken fajitas, pickled red onions, fiesta slaw, Mexican rice and fresh fruit with tequila lime syrup.
