We invite you to join us for our 2014 Southwest Culinary Bootcamps on Monday, August 25-Wednesday, August 27 and Monday, November 3rd through Wednesday, November 5th.

These are intensive, 3-day cooking programs that provide insights into the intricacies, tips and history of our unique Southwestern foods. We will cover material from knife skills, flavor labs, cooking techniques,ingredients and historical: the building blocks of the food. Dinner is included every evening; one evening will be spent at one of our favorite Southwestern restaurants. We will meet some of Santa Fe's top chefs who will share their thoughts on important cooking techniques. This is a hands-on and very interactive program that culminates in a final exam where you will design and prepare a final meal for some of Santa Fe's best palates!
