Terms and Conditions

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@santafeschoolofcooking.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
The Santa Fe School of Cooking, 125 North Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


All orders will be shipped to the address entered during check out. Please double-check the accuracy of this address. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been picked up by the carrier. If you need to change your shipping address, please email the correct shipping address along with the order # to contact@santafeschoolofcooking.com Thank you!

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Upcoming holidays or inclement weather may cause an increase in transit times, resulting in packages arriving days after originally expected.

If delivery of your order is time sensitive, please contact us as soon as possible to make special accommodations for your order. Once an order leaves our store, we cannot do anything more to speed up shipping time.

If you experience problems with your shipment, please place a claim directly with USPS or UPS. If there is still no movement on your order after 5-7 days, please contact us so we can further look into the issue.
