As of February 12, 2021 we are once again allowed to offer in-person cooking classes at 25% capacity, which is 15 guests! We will schedule two classes a week, but will add more if there is demand for them. At this point, we will only be offering demonstration style classes. If you would like to book a private class for your family or ’pod’ that you feel safe with, call Nicole at 505-983-4511 or 800-982-4688. We can do these demonstration style or hands-on. A private class for 1-6 people is $750 plus tax.

We have used this time to deep clean and do required maintenance. We are NM Safe Certified in Covid-Safe practices and want to make sure you feel safe at The Santa Fe School of Cooking. You will have to fill out a Covid self assessment form when arriving for a cooking class. We ask that our guests wear masks at all times until seated at their table. The chef will not be wearing a mask so that everyone will be able to hear the presentation. The tables are spaced out at least 6 feet apart and you will be seated either by yourself or with the people you arrived with.
